This program is perfect for individuals who are able to self motivate, and who are willing and able to hold themselves accountable on a daily basis. To start, we will schedule a 2-hour deep immersion call to review where you are currently on your wellness journey and to identify key areas of imbalance. During this call, I will work with you to outline steps that can be taken to reach a life of joy and fulfillment, providing you with some key resources to support you on your journey.
